Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of websites, applications, software, content, and services provided by Godd Technologies LLC ("Godd Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"), including GoddTech BioReactive Sessions.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Wellness and Adaptive Media

GoddTech BioReactive Sessions provides wellness-focused adaptive media experiences for focus, calm, and creative flow. The app may use manual inputs or permissioned Apple Health signals to adjust session visuals, pacing, and related settings on device.

Our services are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, emergency care, therapy, or clinical support.

Subscriptions and Apple Billing

Paid access to GoddTech BioReactive Sessions is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription options, prices, free trial availability, renewal timing, and cancellation controls are presented in the App Store purchase flow.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Payment is charged by Apple, not by Godd Technologies directly.
• Refund requests and billing support for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Paid-Pilot Creator Services — Legal Review Required

Operator notice: No live card payments are currently accepted. This section is implementation-stage service language and must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before production checkout is enabled. The storefront remains unavailable until legal approval and the live payment, payment-confirmation, customer-receipt, and refund-workflow checks are all explicitly verified.

Published paid-pilot terms version: paid-pilot-service-terms.2026-08-25.v2. This identifier is immutable; substantive changes require a new version and fresh legal review.

GoddTech Narration Pack, GoddTech Creator Video Pack, and GoddTech Monthly Studio are limited productized-service pilots. The active versioned catalog controls current price, tax behavior, availability, scope, deliverables, and planning estimate. Catalog turnaround text is an estimate, not a legal guarantee.

• If production checkout is enabled after successful Stripe live-mode end-to-end verification, the configured button will open a Stripe-hosted Payment Link. A browser redirect, customer-entered reference, receipt screenshot, or intake submission does not establish verified payment. The operator checks the transaction directly in Stripe before recording payment status locally.
• Fulfillment does not begin automatically. An operator must verify payment, identity/contact, scope, rights, voice authorization, likeness authorization when applicable, and intake before creating production work.
• Customers must own or have sufficient permission for submitted scripts, recordings, likenesses, music, images, videos, and other assets, and must provide operator-verifiable references when requested.
• Licensed stock voices, a customer’s own voice with verified consent, and properly authorized third-party voices may be reviewed. An acknowledgement or reference is workflow evidence, not proof of consent. Celebrity, public-figure, unlicensed, deceptive, and unconsented voice requests are prohibited.
• Monthly Studio is limited to the catalog scope and is not an unlimited-services commitment. Additional or changed work requires written scope confirmation.
• Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, private keys, government IDs, health data, raw voice samples, private source assets, unnecessary biometric data, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public intake form.

Refund and cancellation review

If an order is canceled, refunded, out of scope, or cannot be accepted after review, the operator will provide the applicable next step under the final approved written terms and actual Stripe transaction state. This implementation-stage language does not make an automatic refund, cancellation, timing, or acceptance promise.

Apple Health and Privacy

Apple Health permission is optional. If you grant permission, GoddTech BioReactive Sessions may read allowed wellness signals, such as heart rate or related signals, to adapt your session experience on device.

We do not use Apple Health data for advertising. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, licensing, subscription checks, or access controls of our services. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the services except as permitted by applicable law or written permission from Godd Technologies.

Intellectual Property

Our websites, apps, branding, software, designs, content, media, and related materials are owned by Godd Technologies LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable App Store terms.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services over time. We may also update these terms to reflect product, operational, legal, or policy changes. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godd Technologies disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godd Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the services.
