Last Updated: August 25, 2026
Introduction
Godd Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, https://goddtechnologies.com. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.
We are a technology consulting and digital asset company focused on AI, cloud computing, and digital asset development. We operate this website to provide information about our services and facilitate communication with potential clients and partners.
This product-specific notice supplements the current corporate Privacy Policy for GoddTech BioReactive Sessions.
Apple Health and BioReactive Sessions
Apple Health permission is optional. If you grant permission, GoddTech BioReactive Sessions may read allowed wellness signals, such as heart rate or related signals, to adapt your session experience on device.
We do not use Apple Health data for advertising. Subscription purchases and billing are processed by Apple through your Apple ID under Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
Information We Collect
Published paid-pilot privacy notice version: paid-pilot-privacy-notice.2026-08-25.v3. This identifier is immutable; substantive changes require a new version.
We collect minimal information to operate our website and communicate with you:
- Website Usage Data: We may collect non-personal technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times. This data is collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools to help us understand how our site is used and to ensure its security.
- Contact Information: If you voluntarily contact us via email or our contact form, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Paid-pilot order intake: If you request a creator service, the bounded text form collects your name, email address, selected service, project title and purpose, whether you supply or request a script, desired length and format, desired voice category, whether you request your own voice, whether you own all submitted materials, third-party asset declarations, a rights attestation, delivery notes, and an optional opaque Stripe reference. The intake is delivered to the operator through the configured business email service. It does not create a Creator OS project or verify payment.
- Payment status: No live card payments are currently accepted. If checkout is activated after successful Stripe live-mode end-to-end verification, Stripe will process payment details on its hosted Payment Link page. The operator will verify payment directly in the Stripe Dashboard before recording a limited payment reference and status in local Creator OS. A browser return, customer-entered reference, receipt screenshot, or intake submission is not payment confirmation.
Do not submit payment-card data, government IDs, passwords, API keys, private keys, health data, raw voice samples, private source materials, unnecessary biometric data, or other unnecessary sensitive information in contact or intake fields. Voice samples and private assets are accepted only later through a controlled operator-approved transfer channel.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following business purposes:
- Responding to Inquiries: To reply to your questions, requests for services, or support needs.
- Order review and fulfillment: If live checkout is activated, to reconcile operator-verified payment status; in all cases, to review scope, validate rights and voice authorization references, create a fulfillment record, communicate about the request, and deliver approved work.
- Improving Services: To analyze website traffic and performance, allowing us to enhance user experience and site functionality.
- Security and Operations: To maintain the security of our website, detect and prevent fraud, and ensure the operational stability of our infrastructure.
Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure
This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. By using this site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored on Microsoft's cloud infrastructure in accordance with their security and privacy standards. We utilize Azure Web App Services and related cloud technologies to deliver our content securely and reliably.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to support our operations. These providers have their own privacy policies:
- Microsoft Azure: For hosting and cloud infrastructure.
- GitHub: For code repository management and deployment (CI/CD).
- Stripe (planned; not currently active): If live checkout is activated after successful end-to-end verification, for hosted Payment Links, payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts, and operator payment verification. Stripe will apply its own privacy terms to payment information it processes.
- Microsoft Graph: For delivering bounded contact and paid-pilot intake messages to the operator’s configured business mailbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: When a protected form is enabled, the browser loads Turnstile and the server sends the verification token and request IP address to Cloudflare to detect automated abuse. Cloudflare processes that technical data under its own privacy terms.
- Analytics Tools: We may use generic, industry-standard analytics tools to monitor site traffic. These tools do not personally identify you but provide aggregate data on site usage.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain contact and order information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and fulfill the request, provide support, maintain transaction and rights evidence, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate charges, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. Test orders should be removed under the paid-pilot operating procedure when they are no longer needed.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
